With fast food restaurants, video games and a thousand other reasons, people are not getting the exercise they need and it is showing America. We definitely need to watch what we eat, that’s obvious; but instead of eating 2 or 3 big meals why not eat 5 or 6 small meals a day. This way you are never really hungry and you don’t over eat because you’re not starving when it comes to meal time.
