1. Get more exercise. Cardio is aerobic and burns fat.  Weight training is anaerobic and burns carbohydrates. Weight training increases your lean body mass – aerobic training does not. The Man Boob Fight

Do you remember the Seinfeld episode with the “manzierre”, where Kramer developed a bra for men who were developing breasts. Think about how much healthier you will feel. Really feel these emotions and let them sink deep inside yourself, because you do know that you can do it. Get excited!

It isn’t necessary to give up all the types of food that you love while dieting. Remember your goals and keep them in mind. Eat in moderation and eat healthy foods. Stay away from diet soda and potato chips, this is all common sense. If you change what you eat too drastically it will then be even more difficult for you to remain on your diet.

Let’s not even call it a diet! Let’s call it a lifestyle change, so that you will feel healthy and feel good about yourself and how you look. Again, you are building up your self-esteem.

Let your family and friends know your goals. There is nothing better than having your own personal cheerleaders cheering you on as you meet each goal. Some weeks you will lose weight slower than others and they can be there to lift your spirits when you need them most.
